About

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) Psychology. My work focuses on applying these approaches innovatively across diverse settings, including clinical practice, sports, and educational environments. I lecture and lead professional training workshops on these topics at international forums.

As a founding member of the Tel-Aviv Center for NVR Psychology, I have extensive experience in implementing NVR strategies for various issues, including extreme social withdrawal (hikikomori) and anxiety disorders. My background includes over 25 years of involvement with NVR, starting with Prof. Haim Omer's pioneering work.

I am passionate about integrating positive psychology into therapy to enhance well-being and exploring creative applications of clinical psychology in sport settings, and for emerging adults (ages 18-30).
